How to Locate and Download a Supported Employee's Employment Documents

This article will show you how to download supported employee documents from the Global Work Platform™. Client Managers can view/download the following supported employee document types:

  • Worker documents

  • Onboarding documents

  • Contract documents

  • Time Tracking documents

  • Expense documents

  • Termination documents

Client Managers cannot view the following supported employee document types:

  • Supported employee payslips

  • Supported employee tax documents

  • Supported Employee visa/immigration documents

To view or download supported employee documents, a user must have supported employee, HR Manager, or Company Admin permissions.

Users with PTO Manager permissions can view or download time-tracking documents; PTO Managers do not have access to other supported employee documents.

Only supported employees can view payslips in the Global Work Platform. The customer management team, including Company Admins, HR Managers, and PTO Managers, cannot view payslips.

Locating supported employee documents in the Global Work Platform™

Step 1. Log in to the Global Work Platform™.

If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.

Step 2. Under the Talent tab, select the supported employee whose documents you would like to view.

The search box in the top right-hand corner of the tab allows you to search for or filter for the supported employee.

Step 3. Navigate to the Documents tab.

All supported employee documents are housed in this tab. Documents are organized by document type.

Step 4. Within the Documents tab of the supported employee's profile, click the "Download document" icon below the name of the document you would like to download.

You can also download all documents within a section by clicking the "Download all (#) document(s)" button at the bottom of the document category section.
