When will we receive our first invoice and when do you issue invoices thereafter?

You will receive a deposit invoice during the onboarding process.

The next invoice will typically be issued in the middle of each month. For countries with two payroll cycles each month, we typically issue invoices in the middle of the month and at the end of the month.
There also may be additional invoices for any unbilled items at the end of the month.

Please note that these are general guidelines and the exact schedule may vary depending on the market, specific client agreements, or other factors such as local holidays or dates falling on weekends.

You will receive your first invoice on the Friday after the end of the first week the employee works. For example, if the supported employee started work on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024, you would have received your first invoice on Friday, January 12th, 2024.
