Employer of Record (EOR) Fee

The EOR fee is a monthly management fee. The specific terms of the fee and the services are outlined in the mutually signed Statement of Work.

VAT (Value-Added Tax)

VAT is applied to invoices based on a supported employee's country of employment. Each country has its own regulations on how VAT is applied, depending on what is deemed to be the 'service' in that country. For example, in some countries, VAT is only chargeable on service fees whereas in other countries VAT is applicable to the entire salary bill.

Banking / Wire transfer Fee

We implement a monthly wire transfer or bank transfer fee on a per-country basis.  This fee is in place to offset the charges incurred by us. You can find more information about this charge in your Statement of Work.
