The onboarding forms are used to help retrieve information about the supported employee in order to create the Employment Agreement. This article will outline how to access the forms as well as some general information about them.
The onboarding form will require you to fill out fields related to the supported employee's engagement including job information, general worker information, benefits, and time off information. These fields will be used to establish the Employment Agreement.
The Onboarding Forms can be accessed in our Global Work Platform™ and are available to users with the Company Admin or HR Manager role.
If you do not see the Hire Now button, it is because you do not have a Company Admin or HR Manager role.
Use the dropdown to select the county where the supported employee is located.
Required onboarding information fields may vary depending on the supported employee's country of hire.
Once you have completed the information for the initial setup, click Review Details. These details will be the basis of the Employment Agreement. Please make sure to review them thoroughly.
It is also important to note that the Initial deposit must be received before we can proceed with sending the Employment Agreement to the supported employee. If you are a returning customer, your account must also have a clear AR balance before we can move forward.
