How to Update Personal Information in the Global Work Platform™

This article will show you how to enter and update personal information in the Global Work Platform™.

A user must have supported employee, HR Manager, or Company Admin permissions to view supported employee personal information in the Global Work Platform™.

What information can be found in the Personal tab?

The Job Profile tab includes supported employee information gathered during the onboarding process. This information includes personal, contact, and identification information. It also contains a list of your customer management team.

This information may be updated or changed if and when needed.

Updating Personal Information in the Global Work Platform™

Step 1. Log in to the Global Work Platform™

If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.

Step 2. Under the Home tab, navigate to the Job Profile tab.

This is the page that opens automatically upon logging in to the Global Work Platform™.

Step 3. Select the text box for the corresponding information you would like to update.

The Personal tab is organized by category. The sections are:

  • Personal Information: Nationality, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status, Emergency Contact Name, Emergency Contact Relationship, Emergency Contact Phone Number

  • Contact Information: Primary Phone Number, Primary Email Address, Secondary Email Address, Home Address, Suite/Apartment Number

  • Identification Method: Identification Type, Identification Number, Status, Issue Date, Expiration Date, Country, State/Province

  • Identification Methods: National ID Number, Employer Sponsored Visa, Social Security Number, Tax Number

  • Job Information: Contract ID, Engagement Type, Customer, Job title, Start Date, Work Address, Country of Employment, Probationary Period Term/length
