This article will show you how to view your submitted time off requests in the Global Work Platform™.
To view all of a supported employee's time off requests, a user must have supported employee, PTO Manager, HR Manager, or Company Admin permissions.
If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.
All approved, pending, rejected, and completed time off requests are visible in the "Time Off" page of the Time tab of the Global Work Platform™.
Time Off Policy Types section: Under each policy tab within the "Time Off Policy Types" section, the "Days Taken" section will display all days taken and all requested days pending approval.
The Upcoming Time Off Requests section: This section displays all upcoming time off requests, including those that have not been approved.
The Time Off Requests for Past Dates section: This section displays all time off requests for past dates, including those that were not approved.
All submitted time off requests will have a corresponding status. There are four request statuses:
Pending Approval: The request is pending your PTO Manager's approval.
Approved: The request was approved by your PTO Manager, and the dates have not yet occurred.
Rejected: The request was rejected by your PTO Manager.
Completed: The request was approved by your PTO Manager, and the requested dates have occurred.
