Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a summary of your key business data. Here’s what you’ll see:

1. Exposure Map

The Exposure Map provides a visual representation of your business’s presence across the country. The map uses color codes to indicate your registration and exposure status in each state:

Green - your business has been successfully registered in that state

Light blue - you are in the process of registering your business in that state

Salmon Pink - your business is exposed in the state, but not yet in the process of registration

Yellow - your business is approaching exposure in the state

Light gray - your business is not exposed

The exposure map helps you quickly identify where your business is registered and where you might need to take action.

2. Pending Tasks

The Pending Tasks section is your go-to place for staying on top of what needs to be done. Think of it as your digital to-do list specifically for your business within the app.

Here, you’ll find a clear overview of pending tasks that require your attention. These tasks can vary to ensure all aspects of your business operations run smoothly.

Why is this important? This feature helps you:

  • Stay Organized: Keep track of what needs to be done in one centralized location.

  • Ensure Compliance: Promptly address filings and other regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain Accuracy: Keep your product up-to-date.

3. Total Figures

This section gives you a snapshot of your financial activity. It includes:

  1. Total Sales: the total revenue generated from your sales

  2. Total Transactions: the total number of sales transactions

  3. Outstanding Liability: the total amount of tax you are liable to pay

  4. Collected Tax: the total amount of tax you have collected

Each tab in this section acts as a category. When you click on a tab, it becomes highlighted or underlined. This visual cue indicates that you’ve selected that particular data view.

What You’ll See

Upon selecting a tab, two primary graphic breakdowns will appear:

  1. Details by Year: This section provides a visual graphic presentation of the data over time. You’ll see a line graph that shows growth and fluctuations in the data for each year.

  2. Details by Jurisdiction: This section breaks down the data based on geographical location or legal jurisdiction. The bar graph helps you understand data varies from one area to another.
