How to Update Blank Addresses in the Kintsugi App

Resolve missing address details to ensure accurate tax calculations

When transactions are missing address information, Kintsugi flags them for your review. You can easily update these blank addresses from your Dashboard.

Steps to Update Blank Addresses

  1. Log in to your Kintsugi account.

  2. From the Dashboard, locate the Pending Tasks section and look for Blank Address Transactions.

  3. If any Blank Address Transactions appear, click the Add Addresses button beside them.

  4. You’ll be directed to a page listing all transactions without available addresses.

    • Providing address information ensures the system applies the correct tax rates.

  5. Click Add Address on the right side of the transaction you want to update.

  6. A pop-up will appear prompting you to complete the following fields(*Required Fields)

    Ship To Address:

    • *Country

    • *State

    • *City

    • *Postal Code

    • Address Line 1

    • Address Line 2

  7. Click Save to confirm and submit the address details.

Once saved, the system will automatically validate and update the transaction’s address record to support accurate tax rate determination.
