Easily remove outdated integrations and bulk archive related data in just a few clicks.
Updated 3 months ago

Transaction Archives gives you full control over your imported data. Whether you’re cleaning up test transactions, removing unused integrations, or keeping your organization focused on active compliance data, this feature helps you maintain a clean and accurate workspace.

You can archive:

  • Individual transactions (Refer to this help article: How to Archive Transactions)

  • Entire integrations

  • All transactions and customers linked to a specific integration

This ensures your records remain organized for nexus tracking, reporting, and filings.

When Should You Archive an Integration?

Archiving is helpful if you:

  • Transitioned from test data to live operations

  • No longer use a specific integration

  • Want to remove legacy or duplicate transaction sources

  • Need to declutter your organization without creating a new one

Once archived, the integration and its associated data will no longer impact active reporting or compliance workflows.

Option 1: Archive an Entire Integration

This option archives the integration itself.

  • All transactions imported from that integration

  • All associated customers

This is ideal when removing test data or fully retiring a data source.

  1. Go to Data Sources

What Happens After Archiving?

  • Archived transactions are removed from active reporting

  • Nexus calculations will no longer include archived data

  • Filings and compliance workflows will only reflect active transactions

  • The integration will no longer import new data

Archiving helps ensure your organization reflects only live, actionable data.

If you’re unsure whether to archive an integration or just specific transactions, contact support before proceeding.
