How to Add Multiple Organizations for Customers

This guide helps customers add more organizations in their Kintsugi app.

If you need more than one organization, you can easily set them up in the app. Just follow the step-by-step guide below.

  1. First, log in to your Kintsugi App account.

  2. Navigate to your name in the lower left corner under Configuration and click it.

  3. Click Account.

  4. In the upper left corner, you can see your organization; click it.

  5. After clicking, you will see a drop-down list. Select "+New organization."

  6. Fill out the required information in the app, check the boxes that apply to your organization, then click "Create Organization."

  7. Add users to your new organization.

    1. Click the "+ Invite user" button.

    2. Fill the Invite user form by adding an email address, assigning a role, and clicking the "Invite" button.

    That's it! You can repeat the process to add more organizations.
