This guide provides the steps to allow third-party access to your West Virginia sales tax account. Granting these permissions is necessary for Kintsugi to collect your registration details and operationalize the registration import in our app.
Go to MyTaxes.
Enter your username and password.
Click the “Log in.”
Click the “Manage My Profile” in the upper right corner of the screen.
Look for the “Third-Party Access” section.
Click on “Grant Third-Party Access.”
Enter Kintsugi’s business details from 1Password.
Third-Party Logon: KintsugiWV
Third-Party Email: state-notifications@trykintsugi.com
Click “Next.”
For the “Select Accounts to Grant Access,” choose “Sales & Use Tax.”
For the “Access Level,” select “File & Pay.”
Click the “Submit” button.
A pop-up will appear on screen asking you to enter your password.
Enter your password and click “Ok.”
Kintsugi will be notified of your third-party access request. Click “Ok.”
