To download order reports from Amazon Seller Central, you'll need:
An active Amazon Seller account
Your login credentials (email and password)
Appropriate permissions to access order reports
If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one or obtain credentials from someone with existing access.
Navigate to the Amazon Seller Central sign-in page at sellercentral.amazon.com and log in with your credentials.
Once signed in, you're ready to download your order reports.
Locate the menu icon on the left side of your dashboard
Select the state

Find and select Orders
Choose Order Reports from the submenu
Note: If you don't see the Orders section, you may need to request access permissions. Contact the account owner or administrator to grant you access to order reports.

To download reports from the current year and the previous two years:
Navigate to the All Orders section
Select the Exact date option
Choose your desired date range
Click Download to retrieve your report

To download order reports older than two years:
Go to the Archive Reports section
Select the date range you need
Download the reports based on your requirements

Verify your permissions before starting to ensure you have access to all necessary reports
Download reports regularly to maintain up-to-date records for tax compliance
