Cancelled cheque (clearly showing the account name and number)

Passport of the authorizing person or director
Passport-size photograph of the authorizing person or director
Letter of Authorization for appointment of authorized signatory
Provide the following information related to the services you will offer in India:
Website URL: The web address through which digital services will be provided in India.
Date of Commencement of Digital Services in India: The official date when digital services begin operating in India.
