What information and documents does Kintsugi need to register your business for VAT in Argentina?

Before Kintsugi can begin your Argentina VAT registration, we will collect key business information and supporting documents on your behalf. Having these ready in advance will help keep the process smooth and avoid delays.


Business information required:

  • Legal business name

  • Business address in Argentina (must reflect your physical presence)

  • Entity type (e.g., corporation, branch, partnership)

  • Country of incorporation

  • CUIT number, if already assigned (if not, obtaining one is typically the first step in the registration process)

  • Contact person name, title, and email address

  • Description of business activities and the types of products or services sold


Supporting documents typically required:

  • Certificate of incorporation or equivalent company formation document

  • Proof of physical address in Argentina (e.g., lease agreement, utility bill, or official correspondence)
