This timeframe begins once your integration is configured and the data transfer process starts. During this period, Kintsugi retrieves your product catalog from Chargebee and populates your dashboard.


What Affects Sync Time

Several factors can influence how quickly your data appears:

  • System load and processing capacity

  • API response times from Chargebee

  • Volume of products being synchronized

  • Network connectivity between systems

Occasional delays beyond the standard timeframe may occur due to these variables.


Troubleshooting Delayed Data

If your products don't appear within 30 minutes, try these steps:

  1. Refresh your dashboard to ensure you're viewing the latest data

  2. Verify integration settings in your Kintsugi account to confirm the connection is active
