Q: Where do the files Computer generates go?

Each chat has its own working folder under the agent storage root. Open it any time with Reveal in file explorer from the canvas header. You can also download individual files from the artifact viewer.

Q: Will my uploaded files be sent to the cloud?

In a single-player session, files in My files are private to you and Computer — they’re used to answer your queries but aren’t shared with anyone else. If you later invite teammates into the session, they are shared to the cloud

Q: How do I add a new tool / capability to Computer?

Two options. Install a Skill from Settings → Skills. You can also add connectors. Connectors are of 2 types, Airsync which brings in data and can also add MCP and Custom MCP Server

Q: Why does Computer ask me to approve some actions but not others?

When Computer is about to run a tool that touches sensitive resources (your filesystem, the network, sandboxed paths), it asks for HITL approval. You can approve Once or for the whole Session.

Q: My chat is stuck / Computer is doing something I don’t want.

If something went wrong, use Report a bug to file an issue with your logs attached.

Q: How do I check the version, or update version?

To check for updates, use the tray menu or Computer → Check for Updates.

Q: Where can I see the trace of what Computer did in a chat?

In the chat header, open the Chat header → Inspect Session
