Whitelisting Domains if end users operate in private internet networks

Network Configuration for the DevRev Customer Portal

When setting up the DevRev Customer Portal, ensure end users within a private network environment have the necessary domain access. If users are behind VPNs (such as Zscaler), firewalls, or other network security measures, specific domains must be whitelisted to access the help center and authentication services.

Prerequisites
Before deploying the DevRev Customer Portal to your end users, verify the following:

  • Confirm if your organization uses a VPN solution such as Zscaler or Cisco AnyConnect.

  • Check if corporate firewalls are in place.

  • Determine if network access is restricted by default.

Required Domain Whitelist

To ensure full functionality of the DevRev Customer Portal, whitelist the following domains in your network security configuration:

  • rev.auth.devrev.ai

  • support.devrev.ai

  • api.devrev.ai

  • default-portal-template.devrev.ai

  • plug-platform.devrev.ai

  • portal-library.devrev.ai

  • exp.devrev.ai
