Customer Support Agent overview

The Customer Support Agent, which comprises the Plug widget and SDK, empowers your customers and customer-facing teams with ready access to relevant information, enabling effective communication and interaction between them.

The Plug SDK is a powerful, comprehensive tool designed to support the various needs of your customer-facing teams, including those in customer success, support, and product management. The Plug SDK enables features such as an AI-powered chat widget and search bar, user session recording, along with engagements and nudges.

You can see an example Plug widget on the Maple Software website.

The best way to try out Plug is to experiment with it in the app. If you haven’t yet created a DevRev account, you can do that on our signup page.
