Q: Is my personal Computer private?

Yes. Your agent, your instructions, your skills, and your connectors are visible only to you. Customising your Computer never changes anyone else's.

Q: Can my admin turn off my Computer entirely?

No, you can always talk to your personal Computer.

Q: My admin added a skill I don't want. Can I remove it?

No. Skills, tools, and workflows your admin pushes are mandatory and cannot be removed by users. Anything you added yourself, you can manage freely.

Q: Do my instructions override my company's or DevRev's?

No. Your instructions are added on top, they extend the foundation rather than replace it.

Q: I don't see the My Computer page, it says "Coming soon." Why?

Your personal Computer is not yet enabled for your org. Reach out to your org admin or CSM to discuss enablement.

Q: I turned memory off. Did I lose what Computer already knew?

No. Turning memory off pauses it, nothing is deleted. Turn it back on and your stored context returns.

Q: Why can't I create a new workflow from My Computer?

You can add any workflow that already exists in your org, but creating new workflows requires admin permissions.
