Get started from your phone
Sign up for Computer directly from the Android or iOS app. Connect your tools and explore suggested skills as part of setup, so you can start working from your phone.
Connect your tools from the mobile app
Set up and manage connections to your data and tools on Android and iOS. On Android, tools that support both data syncing and actions now use a single connection flow, so you do not need to enter the same credentials twice.
Pick up where you left off
Find and filter conversations, access pinned chats, and keep track of activity from Computer’s left navigation. You can also edit or delete conversations where your permissions allow.
Keep shared files visible to everyone
Files uploaded from Canvas in a group conversation are now shared with everyone in that conversation, so your team can work from the same source material.
Find context and take action without switching apps
Connect your Slack account to search conversations, follow threads, send and schedule messages, and manage channels directly from Computer.
Find what you need: Search the direct messages, private channels, and public channels available to your connected Slack account.
Catch up on the conversation: Read messages, threads, text-based files, and user profiles before taking the next step.
Take action: Ask Computer and agents to send or schedule messages, reply to threads, add reactions, and create channels and canvases. You can also look up and file DevRev work from Slack.
Keep your existing permissions: Computer and agents use your connected account’s permissions. They can access only the Slack content you can access and take only the actions you are authorized to take.
Slack content is accessed when you need it. Connecting your account does not bulk-import your workspace or continuously copy conversations into DevRev work items.
Archive sprint boards without losing their history
Keep completed work for reference by archiving a sprint board instead of deleting it. Before you archive, you can review the effect on active and planned sprints. Archived boards are read-only and can be restored when you need them again.
Plan and review sprints in the updated board
The updated sprint-board view is now available for your team’s sprint planning and reviews, replacing the previous view.

Ask Computer about web and mobile sessions
Find out where users encounter problems by asking Computer about your recorded sessions. Customers on a session recording plan can install the Session Analytics and Session Drilldown skills from the Snap-in Marketplace to get started.
Spot patterns: Explore session and user counts, crash rates, unresponsive-app rates, JavaScript and console errors, 90th-percentile API response times, slow or failing endpoints, and page-load performance across web and mobile.
Inspect what happened: Open an individual session or replay to review its timeline, console and network errors, user journey, and crash details.
Move from patterns to evidence: Understand how widely a problem occurs, then inspect the sessions behind it without changing conversations.
Turn insights into action: Generate an interactive network waterfall diagram, write a shareable investigation report, or file a ticket – all in the same conversation.

Get started: Install Session Analytics skills.
Filter for missing or populated fields
Use empty and non-empty filters in dashboard widgets to find records with missing information or focus on records with a value entered. You can identify incomplete data without exporting your report.
Respond automatically to team changes
Start a workflow when a team is created or updated, and use team information in your workflow steps. This helps you respond to changes in team membership and settings without checking manually.

Retry a failed workflow from run history
Recover from temporary failures, such as API timeouts or rate limits, by retrying a workflow directly from its run history. The retry starts from the trigger step, so you do not need to trigger the workflow manually again.
Add skills while configuring an agent
Upload a skill directly while configuring your agent’s capabilities, without leaving the agent setup screen.
Find and update articles without opening Settings
Open your knowledge base from Knowledge in the main navigation. Browse the updated article list, open an article in the side panel, and update settings for selected articles in bulk instead of changing them one at a time.
Keep email replies in the same Outlook conversation
Support replies sent from DevRev now stay in the original email conversation in Outlook and Exchange, instead of appearing as separate threads.
Let customers read answers as they arrive
Customers can now read an agent’s answer as it is generated in your embedded support chat, rather than waiting for the full response. Streaming is available to all organizations. To use it, enable streaming in the chat SDK and choose whether to show progress messages in the agent settings.

Switch between details, related records, and activity
Use the updated tabs in a record’s side panel to review its details, related records, and activity history without leaving your current list. The updated tabs are available to all users.
